As the new collagen helps sustain the skin’s enhanced texture and volume over time, this side effect helps produce effects that last longer.
Calcium hydroxylapatite, poly-L-lactic acid, and polymethylmethacrylate microspheres are among the materials that make up other dermal fillers; each has a specific function and set of characteristics. The results can last anywhere from a few months to more than a year, depending on the area treated and the type of filler utilised.
